Golden Field Properties (“GFP”) is a small real estate investment firm based in Jacksonville FL that invests in commercial office buildings in the Southeast U.S.
GFP was co-founded by Colin McArthur (whose business experience previously involved business development, sales and marketing for technology start-up companies), Adrian Foley, and Steve McArthur, who both had extensive prior commercial real estate experience. GFP's board of directors also includes Don O’Shei, who has served as a Board member and investor in various environmentally conscious start-up companies.

GFP’s business plan involves acquiring existing commercial office buildings in the Southeast US. These properties are primarily categorized as Class B and C in their local market and are held by GFP for long term investment. GFP’s goal is to build a significant asset portfolio of suitable properties. On an opportunistic basis, GFP will also evaluate commercial real estate properties meeting GFP’s investment criteria that are located outside its primary geographic area of operation.
